You shall read all in detail due to the important things. The agreement of the right to use this software for end user (this “Agreement”) is made about the Software Product of Dream To Reality Co., Ltd., between you (Personal user or corporate and others except personal user) and Dream To Reality Co., Ltd. This Software Product includes related media, printed matter and online/electronic document, and the computer Software (CSD Writer, CSD Editor, all CSD products including documents created from CSD Writer) as well (“Software”). In addition, it includes all execution files, additional function, user manual, help file, other files and so on accompanying this Software Product and annexed document. As you install, copy or use Software, the Agreement shall be agreed by you. You cannot use “Software” unless you accept the agreement.

The "Software" is protected by law and convention of Intellectual Property Right including the Copyright law and Universal Copyright Convention. This is not sold but permitted to use.

Article 1. Software license and service limitation

The following rights are approved upon acceptance of Agreement of the right to use. When you use the acquired Software properly, Dream To Reality Co., Ltd. permits an personal user the right to use for personal user use. The personal user for business use corporate and others except personal user the right to use Software as many as users described in the Software license Certificate. For proper use of Software, you can download it from Web site or buy a license, and then install it in your computer.

It is prohibited by law that corporate and others except personal user use the Software without the License. In case of breach, you can be obligated to take each civil and criminal liability.

Article 2. Permission of Software use and limitation of service

Dream To Reality Co., Ltd. would refund through the request within 30 days from your purchase date if you desire a refund for some reason of any defects in the Software. After refunding, you should remove all programs in the Computer in which the Software has been installed. However, the purchase of the relevant product should be proved within 30 days before a refund date.

If you request the refund because the product is not suitable for your using purpose, the refund might be unavailable.

Therefore, for the purpose of testing the Software product, you had better use the Trial version first before a purchase. This Software product distributed for testing is provided to user free of charge and is available to use only for 30 days. The Trial version can not be refunded because it is provided free of charge. Keeping up using the Software after the testing period put the responsibility to you in accordance with relevant laws. Article 3. Using Authority of customer supporting service

Customer supporting service means free calling, on-line, and fax consultation during the period of customer supporting service offered by Dream To Reality Co., Ltd., and it includes free upgrade and e-mail information offering service.

It is provided only for the customer who purchases this Software.

But, regarding customer supporting service, free official trip and education service are not supported. Connecting with CSDcenter(www.CSDcenter.com), you have to register as customer, first, in order you to receive this service. According to this registered data, Dream To Reality Co., Ltd. will offer a solution about technical question from this software or will inform you of results against the report of inconvenient use. The period of customer supporting service is 1 year from the date of purchase, and, after the period, you have to apply the renewal of customer registration. (fee-charging) in order you to receive customer supporting service continuously.

Article 4. Permission to use Banner advertisement

A banner advertisement can be inserted into CSD document created by this Software.

The banner advertisement controlled by Dream To Reality Co., Ltd. is inserted into the CSD document created by using this Software of banner included version purchased by Trial version and License policy. If user is online, it is controlled by CSD Center. If user is offline, the default inserted image is displayed. Thus, user cannot delete or modify it at random.

Article 5. Right to use for Upgrade version

For corporate and others except Personal user, the previous version cannot be transferred rented or sold for a special purpose if the upgrade version of the Software is used. When the previous version contains of program or annexed document which is not contained of the upgraded version, user can keep the right to use the excluded Software and annexed document.

Article 6. Intellectual Property Right

Patent right, Copyright and all other Intellectual Property tights of the Software belong to Dream To Reality Co., Ltd. These rights are under the protection of the Korean Copyright law and Universal Copyright Convention. The ownership of Software is not transferred to you, but non-exclusive use is permitted to you.

Therefore, the ownership and any other rights of the Software are not transferred to you, so that the permission of the right to use under the Agreement is not interpreted as the sales of the ownership of the Software. When observing the terms of Agreement, the copy of the Software can be made for the purpose of backup or storing. However, this copy cannot be translated, published, lent, rented, sold, resold, established the right or pledge, given to pledge, transferred, edited, modified, or extended. All rights for the Software except the permission described in Agreement are reserved to Dream To Reality Co., Ltd.

Article 7. Miscellaneous and limitation

Limitation of use and modification: The Software cannot be reverse-engineering, decompiling or disassembling beyond the approved limits of related law. You cannot use, translate, publish, lend, rent, sell, resell, establish the right or pledge, give to pledge, transfer, edit, modify, or extend all or parts of the Software except the permission described in Agreement. You cannot modify the Software, and edit and modify printed matters without the prior written consent by Dream To Reality Co., Ltd. In addition, you cannot make any other copy with using the Software. (Only exception of files saved as CSD file or converted into CSD file by CSD Writer). The any sign, mark, or label belonged to the Intellectual Property Right of the Software should not be removed.

- Termination: This agreement is valid until the termination, but Dream To Reality Co., Ltd. can cancel before the termination if user destroys program, accessories and any copy or we decide other users not to observe the agreement.

Service Termination: When releasing an upgrade version of the Software, Dream To Reality Co., Ltd. can terminate all customer services for the old version in 12 months from the released date including sales, update and patch file offered of the old version, and has a duty to notify it to customers. For this case, a notification through the announcement from homepages of CSD Center and Dream To Reality Co., Ltd. and e-mailing service to customers is considered to fulfill all duties of Dream To Reality Co., Ltd.

Article 8. Responsibility for the result of loss

Dream To Reality Co., Ltd. disclaims all the responsibility for appended and indirect loss, including profit loss, stop to work, loss for business information or finance occurred because Software is unavailable to use or user does not recognize how to us property, within the maximum permissible scope of relevant law and regulation even if the possibility of such a loss is known beforehand. The above mentioned limitation can be unapplied to you in case that the responsibility for the result of loss or appended loss shall not be abated or restricted according to each jurisdiction.

In addition, Dream To Reality Co., Ltd. disclaims all the responsibility for any promise or agreement in word or writing and by other notice means from providers except Dream To Reality Co., Ltd. and third parties including selling agents.

Article 9. Exception consent

Since CSD Writer has a font built-in automatically when creating CSD document, you can use fonts within the scope permitted by the copyright holder and create CSD document. Thus, you create and distribute a CSD document means that Dream To Reality Co., Ltd. acknowledges that the font only within the scope permitted by the copyright holder can be used for creating and distributing CSD document, and Dream To Reality Co., Ltd. disclaims all the responsibility for the infringement of Intellectual Property Right for Font.

Therefore, you should pay due regard to the infringement problem of Intellectual Property Right for Font, which can be occurred in the future when creating and distributing CSD document.

- The CSD document created by this Software is interworked with the search service of Portal site. It is just connected with any random site, so that Dream To Reality Co., Ltd. disclaims all the responsibility for the searched results.

Article 10. Authorization for the Agreement

Although some articles of the Agreement are ineffectual or cannot be in force, it does not influence the validity of the other articles of Agreement. The Agreement stipulates the main regulations between you and Dream To Reality Co., Ltd. and written letter, all oral agreements, MOU, statement, advertisement, notice and so on about main regulations, before the Agreement, are replaced by the Agreement.
